Established in 2009, Hollyhock Kennels is a full service dog boarding facility located in NEPA exactly between Montrose and Wyalusing, PA. Directly off SR 706 in Lawton, PA, on Gage Rd., dogs are cared for in a clean, safe, secure and secluded complex that is climate controlled year round. The interior boasts 12 - 5 x 5 x 6 suites with access to large 10 x 12 exteriors runs with plenty of room to play.
Reasonable rates and convenient hours for drop -offs and pick-ups assure a loyal family of repeat customers that they can call me anytime. Reservations are required and all pets must be up to date on their vaccines, including rabies, distemper, parvo, hepatitis and Bordetella. This is for the safety of all even though there is no “mass play” time. Dogs get walked twice a day and are always secure. Clients with multiple dogs can request that these dogs stay together as this often alleviates a lot of separation anxiety. Most of my clients tell me how excited their dog gets when it sees them packing the”doggie bag” or when they pull onto my dirt road. I love hearing that!
Additional fees may apply for administering medication, including shots if prescribed, and food, if a client chooses not to bring their own.
The kennel is located behind my house and has a refrigerator, cat suites and groomed trails for our walks. I recommend a flea and tic treatment before you arrive as we share our walks with the deer and the rabbits.

My kennel is licensed, insured and inspected by the Department of Agriculture, Dog Law, twice a year.
Future plans for expansion include a cattery and a fenced in yard to play off leash.
